The Empowered Strategy Collective
Start date:  January 10th, 2022
End date:  July 11th, 2022

The Empowered Strategy Collective – Standard Product

The client is entering into the mastermind experience The Empowered Strategy Collective with Emma Weatherall Ltd for a period of 26 course weeks (6 months) and 2 holiday weeks. The mastermind experience is comprised of the below:

  • 26 Live Training Sessions with Emma Weatherall (happening weekly & hosted over Zoom) where: 
  1. They’ll go over the week’s focus in relation to the client’s strategy and upcoming plans.
  2. They’ll answer all questions from the clients.

*Replays to each call will be made available in case the client cannot join live.
*Access to call replays is available until July 11th 2022.
*Questions can be submitted in advance if the client cannot join live. 

  • 26 Live Mindset Coaching Sessions with The Collective Mindset Coach (happening weekly & hosted over Zoom) where: 
  1. They’ll dive into coaching around mindset issues, fears and challenges coming up.
  2. They’ll answer questions from the clients.

*Replays to each call will be made available in case the client cannot join live.
*Access to call replays is available until July 11th 2022.
*Questions can be submitted in advance if the client cannot join live. 

  • Personalised feedback and suggested input on the client’s individual marketing and / or online business strategy
  • 6 Month Strategic Curriculum (Includes guidance through two launches)
  • Worksheets on Offer Refinement, Messaging, Content Creation, Social Media, Webinar Planning, Facebook Ads, Launch Planning, Launch Goals, Funnel Planning, Sales Conversion
  • Templates for Sales Page, Email Marketing, Webinar, Marketing Systems, Project Management, Automations
  • A Circle Community
  • A Notion Knowledge Base
  • 3 Strategic Planning Sessions with the Community
  • The ability to have 1-2 Team Members go through the program with the client *See limitations below*
  • Personalised Feedback on Sales Assets (A Maximum of 3 Asset Submissions Per Week – no more than 78 submissions in total)
    • Asset Feedback will be provided by Emma Weatherall or her Assistant Coach.
    • Emma Weatherall Ltd reserves the right to ask for a new asset to be submitted if the asset that is submitted does not fit the below guidelines:
      • All assets must be related to the client’s existing business and related to the offer they’re growing with The Empowered Strategy Collective.
      • Emma Weatherall Ltd will not be providing feedback on products, offers, services, or any part of them.
      • Emma Weatherall Ltd will only accept three assets each week. Examples of accepted assets:
        • One Page of a Website
        • One Piece of Copywriting
        • One Video (up to 3 minutes)
        • One Instagram Feed Post
        • One Email Sequence
        • One Ad Creative

Payment Terms and Agreements – For The Empowered Strategy Collective Product

  • When the client the product, their payment is final and gives them access to The Empowered Strategy Collective, as described above, starting January 10th 2022. If a payment plan was chosen instead of paying in full, the client is legally responsible to pay the full amount in 6 monthly instalments (charged every 30 days) from the first day of purchasing.
  • If for any reason a payment is outstanding, the client will immediately be removed from the product and will not gain access to any past or future assets until the outstanding payment is received.
  • Emma Weatherall Ltd is not responsible if the client misses out on the live element of the product due to late payments.
  • All payments for The Empowered Strategy Collective are non-refundable and non-transferable. There are no exceptions. Once the client joins, they are committing to a full 6-month mastermind.

Access Terms

  • Access to The Empowered Strategy Collective materials will start being granted on the start date which is January 10th, 2022.
  • Emma Weatherall Ltd releases some materials weekly to match guided curriculum.
  • Access to the Circle community is granted between January 10th, 2022, and July 11th, 2022. After July 11th, 2022 access to the Circle community will be discontinued.
    • Please be advised that for confidentiality reasons, anything shared in the Circle community must remain in the Circle community. No information is to be shared with anyone outside the The Empowered Strategy Collective group.
  • The client will receive 6 month’s access to The Empowered Strategy Collective Materials.
    • They are not eligible to get access to future renditions, improvements, or promises of The Empowered Strategy Collective.
  • There is a holiday break from April 11th, 2022 until April 22nd, 2022. During this time there will not be any weekly calls or new course materials. The Circle community engagement will be reduced and customer service will be limited. 
  • The mastermind is 100% online. 
  • Any other materials, not listed above, that are added throughout the mastermind as extra content are bonus add-ons and can be taken away without notice.
  • Occasionally, unknown or technical reasons may result in a delay in customers being able to get materials. In this case, know that everything promised above *will* ultimately be delivered. Emma Weatherall Ltd will make all reasonable endeavours to resolve any technical or unknown issues as quickly as possible.
  • The client is solely responsible for ensuring that they have sufficient and compatible hardware, software, telecommunications equipment, and internet service necessary for all group calls and course materials.

Time Commitment Terms

  • The The Empowered Strategy Collective group meets twice every week online for one hour each time, for the weekly Zoom calls. Additionally, Emma Weatherall Ltd asks that the client has at least 2 more hours committed to going through the program weekly. This should include going over the course materials and interacting with the Circle community. 
  • When it comes to the amount of time the client puts into their own business, remember, the more time and effort the client puts into their business, the greater the results they’ll see. 

Limitations and Notes

  • There is no cap on the number of people that can be invited to The Empowered Strategy Collective. 
  • With the purchase of “The Empowered Strategy Collective” the client is able to invite 1-2 members of their team so that they can benefit from The Empowered Strategy Collective and help them out throughout the 6 months. This person should be someone who works for the client full-time and who will be working on their business directly. It cannot be a friend, family, or someone outside of their business. Emma Weatherall Ltd reserves the right to fully remove the client and their team members from the program if they believe the client shared The Empowered Strategy Collective with someone who isn’t directly helping them with their business.  

Other Terms

  • Testimonial results on all marketing materials for The Empowered Strategy Collective are individual to each person, due to the fact that everyone has different businesses, audiences, situations, and work ethics. Due to this, Emma Weatherall Ltd cannot guarantee the same results.  The testimonials, statements, and opinions presented on our website and social media are applicable to the individuals depicted. Results will vary and may not be representative of the experience of others. The testimonials are representative of client experience but the exact results and experiences are unique and individual to each client dependant upon their own unique background, business, dedication, effort, actions, motivation, situation, desires, execution and many other factors.  We cannot predict and we do not guarantee that you will attain a particular result. By applying and paying for The Empowered Strategy Collective, you fully accept, understand and agree that results differ for each individual and there are no guarantees as to the specific outcome or results you can expect from the program,
  • Customer Service will only be available to the clients who purchase The Empowered Strategy Collective from Emma Weatherall Ltd (not from unauthorised websites). All customer service questions should be sent to [email protected]. The email address h[email protected] is the only place where questions should be directed as Emma Weatherall Ltd cannot promise answers when sent somewhere else.
  • The client agrees not to copy, use, disclose, or distribute any Proprietary Information from The Empowered Strategy Collective in their present or future products or offerings without Emma Weatherall Ltd’s prior written permission. 
  • All items purchased are for the sole use of the registered client. The registered client undertakes not to copy, distribute, share or otherwise broadcast any items included in The Empowered Strategy Collective from Emma Weatherall Ltd with anyone besides their agreed-upon team members. 
  • The client agrees that they currently have no intention of creating an offering (course or product) that concerns the topic of Online Marketing Strategy or Online Business Strategy and will refrain from doing so for at least three years after client’s exit date from The Empowered Strategy Collective .

Privacy Terms

  • As part of the purchasing process, all clients must provide a valid email address where they’ll be sent all communications.  It is the responsibility of the registered client to keep the contact details up-to-date.
  • It is the responsibility of the registered client to ensure that every effort is made to keep the mastermind details secure and not to disclose them to anyone (except agreed-upon team members). Information cannot be transferred and registered clients must not permit, either directly or indirectly, anyone other than themselves (or agreed upon team members) to use their personal information to gain access to the mastermind.
